As part of Food Specialization studies, our University's Continuing Education Center organized a special "Hobby Cheese Production Training" for cheese enthusiasts on November 2-3, 2024.
The training, led by Lecturer Gizem PAKSOY from the Department of Food Technology at the Vocational School of Technical Sciences, provided technical insights on rennet-curd white cheese, Ricotta, and Labneh cheeses, and participants learned the production stages of these cheeses through hands-on activities. At the end of the free training, participants were awarded certificates of attendance for successfully completing the program.
